Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new releases), processing may take up to 7 business days. Handmade or restocked items may require additional time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary.

Typical estimates:

U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days
Hawaii: 1–3 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.

Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. Crystal Reef Swimwear is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”

To request an address change, email info@crystalreefswimwear.com within 12 hours of ordering.

International Orders
International shipments may incur customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

Holiday & Sale Periods
Processing and shipping times may be longer during holidays and promotional periods.
