At Crystal Reef Swimwear, we want you to love your order. Please review our return guidelines below.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
-
In new condition
-
Tags and hygiene liners attached
-
Not marked as Final Sale
-
Tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refund Options
Eligible returns may receive:

A refund to the original payment method, or
-
A store credit (issued as a gift card)
Return Shipping Fee
A $10 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds sent to your original payment method.
Returns for store credit do not incur a fee.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue store credit.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10–14 business days. After your refund is issued, your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds.
Gift Cards & Split Payments
If you paid using both a gift card and another payment method, refunds are issued to the gift card first, then the remaining balance to the secondary payment method.
One Order = One Return
Each order requires its own return request and return label. Do not combine multiple orders into one package.
